Let’s begin…
1. What am I grateful for this year?
Gratitude is the key to building a positive mindset.
Reflecting on what we are thankful for helps us see the good things we already have and creates a positive outlook for our future.
Take a moment to write down about your achievements, your special moments, and the people you met who made you feel truly happy.
Think of simple ways to practice gratitude daily in the coming new year.
This could be starting a gratitude journal or making a habit of saying “thank you” more often.
Embracing gratitude will truly change how to see things. Start each day with a heart full of appreciation and you will realise life feels more fulfilling!

2. What did I learn this year from My Challenges?
Every year has its highs and lows.
Reflecting on your challenges can help you find valuable lessons.
Ask yourself, what was the hardest time for me this year? How do you deal with it? What would you change if faced with it again?
When you see challenges as chances to learn, you take away the negative power and turn them into a stepping stone for your growth.
Understand that you will grow from hard times. Overcoming those challenges will give you more strength and confidence to handle whatever comes next.
3. What Do I want to let go of for the coming new year?
We all hold onto things that can hold us back, whether it’s a negative thought, a goal that no longer feels right or something as simple as a habit that you know you need to change.
Take time to think about what is no longer adding value to your life.
It could be a habit that isn’t helping an expectation that you have outgrown or a relationship that brings more stress than joy.
Letting go is freeing. When you release what no longer brings joy or supports you, you will make room for things that actually truly matter along with who you are becoming.
This sets the stage for a fresh start and helps you focus on what truly matters.

Self-care is the key to feeling happy and reaching your goals.
Look back on how well you cared for your mind and body this year.
Did you stay active, did you get enough rest, did you make time for things that made you happy?
Think of small self-care habits you can stick to like journalling, going for daily walks, practising meditation or spending time on things you enjoy.
Prioritizing self-care helps you recharge and stay strong through the highs and lows of the year ahead.
Reflecting on these questions can help you step into the coming new year with purpose and a positive outlook.
Taking a little time now to understand what works for you and what doesn’t and what you want for the future can make a huge difference in how you feel.
